 I described seasonable flowers to Evelyn-sensei. When I explained the hydrangea flowers, I wanted to show “Teru-Teru-bozu” for her. But she was interested in the ginko-trees (イチョウの木) in autum. So I tried to explain it excluding ginko-nuts （ギンナン）. I didn’t talk well. I’d like to describe them well. Anyway I had a great time with her as usual.

 First, I said to Evelyn-sensei “Congratulations for graduation from the college 🎉” . She told me a lot. Also she showed her family’s photos. They made me so happy. I showed and told about Japanese traditional events（including お宮参り／七五三／入学式／成人式／卒業式／結婚式　etc. ) I was glad that she was very interested in them.

 I talked to Evelyn-sensei about recent events to welcome ex-English teacher who lives in Canada. We needed to prepare a lot of things including surprise birthday cake.  I showed my son’s “Kabuto display ” and small “Koi-Nobori 🎏” to Evelyn-sensei. She was interested in my explanation. She asked me a lot of question. I did my best. I wonder if she understood the detail about them. Also I read the “Kintaro” story rapidly. I lent an English picture book of Kintaro to explain to others from a library. I had a great time with her.

 Today’s topic is “Ramen” which I requested. Evelyn-sensei loves to eat them. Me,too. Amazingly the noodles in instant ramen are about 51meters long. It was invented by a man named “安藤百福（Momo-Fuku Ando）”. Instant noodle is called Japan’s Top invention of 20th century.
