 In today's class, we discussed "The Necessity of Fitness Training for the Elderly."
However, I couldn't quite convey the following point well—
"In my twenties, I was passionate about basketball and skiing. I seriously worried about what I would do if I couldn't do these things in the future. But now I realize that worry was unnecessary. As everyone ages, the desire to move their bodies diminishes, and they actually become less and less active.
It's crucial for seniors to choose exercises suited to their flexibility and physical strength and to continue them moderately. They must never push themselves too hard.
