Today we continued the story by V. Woolf, as always. Before reading, we had a small talk. When I tried some expresion of greeting which I just learned, Barry made a witty and joking resonse about it. That was a lot of fun for me. The reading practice was joyful though my pronunciations were sometimes unclear. Anyway, good practice & training for me. |

Today I tried some role-play practices for the first time. They were a little challenging, but more fun than I had expected. I learned some ways of expression, such as "I hate to break it" etc. I'd like to try some other situations to learn some more better responses in conversations at the next time. Good & interesting lesson. |

I had a great time talking with Paul tonight. We just had a spontaneous free talk on various topics ranging from travel to where we live. He listened to my speech closely without cutting me off when I was speaking which I found quite encouraging. More than anything, he is fun to talk with! I had a whale of a time talking with him :) |
