I learned how to express my apologies.
I also practiced the honest and polite way of apology according to your example expressions.
I only knew to say "I'm sorry" for apology so I was glad to learn how to deeply express my apologies.

Today we talked about the employment contract.
I admired a working style of American's which is so smart to manage their time.
Nowadays some Japanese companies start to implement a 'No overtime work day' once a week. Yes, once a week...lol
But it has been not worked well yet. Especially my company!
This is one of my missions as consultant to solve such issue.
