Today, we talked about the article that Japanese biggest delivery company, Yamato's new initiative to improve their decreasing profits because of labor shortage.
As usual, Gabriel explaind my unfamiliar words and meanings of some sentences easily to understand.
It was interesting that business tactics for managing workers are different between Yamato and Amazon.
It seems that the wages of Amazon delivery workers are higher that Yamato's. That might be the reason that Yamato has to raise their empolyees's
wages. Raising wages is relly good for workers. However, why can Amazon keep thier good business profits and why can't Yamato keep their profit? Are there any difference of corporate culture? Anyway, we enjoyed disucussion and he always inspires me to think about many social things from different viewpoints. Thank you Gabriel. See you next time.

It was nice meeting you, Ashly! I introduced myself and could talk about many things like my interests and current work situation. She asked some questions relating topics, they were so adequate that they boosted our discussion. Thank you so much, see you again. The next time I'd like to listen your story.

He accepted our request well and proceeded the lesson based on games with prompting full sentences. It worked really well with 5-year-old-boy. The student felt the lesson tough, but today's lesson was fun and went too quickly. That's all thanks to Ken! Thank you so much for the great lesson:D
