I enjoyed talking with her. She was really nice and so charming! She is perfect for me because she is bilingual. I was glad to hear something she told me about my mixing up English and Spanish. |

I’m glad to see you again, but I can’t believe how fast time goes by! I could have much pleasant conversation with her. I’m very interested in “ITLOG MAALAT”, and I’d like to try to eat it when I visit Philippines. Nix, I really appreciate wonderful lessons as usual. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon! |

Thank you Max! Reading Freddie is really really helpful and useful for me! It's totally everyday conversational, so it's difficult for me to get even if there are few unfamiliar words. I'll keep reading with you! |

Thank you Max! We summarized the article about gender role and issue. The article itself was very useful in terms of vocabulary and business phrases, but it reminded me that famous people need to be very careful when they speak publicly, which sometimes must be tiresome! |

Today we started reading new article which Teacher Mark prepared for me. The topic was "Native speakers are the world's worst communicators". There were many words I could learn. He explained meaning clearly, so I learned words not just translate to Japanese but understand in English. Thank you and see you at next lesson! |

Before the internet conquers the people’s free time, people spent their free time more primitive hobbies. Watching the TV show, reading the comics or novels, listen to the music, and one more thing which younger people enjoyed was talking to someone by telephone. Two decades from ’70s, the long telephone call was the problem of the families which has the member of young generation. When I was a high school students, I sometime took the long telephone conversation. The longest one is from 8p.m. till 2a.m.! I was scolded by my mother on next morning, but I feel happy when I call or receive the call from my friends. When mobile phone spread out, the problem has gone away. But no matter how a telephone itself has changed, I believe telephone call from/to your loved one always makes you exciting. Do you like a telephone? And how long has your longest phone call been? |
