We enjoyed talking about snacks, such as Pringles. We discussed our favorite flavor of Pringles, and spent a blast time without knowing. I didn't know you didn't have consomme flavored Pringles in Philippines. In Japan, it is very popular flavor. Actually, we couldn't stop talking about Pringle flavor. Anyway, I was excited so much ☺ See you next, Nix! |

We discussed skin color. Basically, feature of our body parts is determined and controlled by gene. Therefore, I think we can’t control our basic skin color physically. Among Japanese, skin colors show individual difference. We don’t have same skin color. Actually, I read the article regarding the relationship between gene and skin color. Next, let’s talk about it! Thank you, Nix! Because your explanation was great as always, I could have good discussion with you. I am looking forward to seeing you. |

We talked about Japanese Kanji character tonight. As you know, Kanji is very mazy. Furthermore, some Kanjis have same pronunciation, but don’t have same meaning. We usually write our name using Kanji. Our parents give us first name including their wishes for us, because each Kanji means something. They often use a part of their name in their baby’s name. The custom may be same with your family. We enjoyed indicating name of several things using Kanji. Next, I will try to show your name using Kanji. Times fly! I can’t wait to see you, Nix. Cheers! |

The typhoon, SHANSHAN, is coming here. 140 names of typhoon have already been prepared by The ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee which consists of 14 countries including Japan and the Philippines. The names are used in the order corresponding to the typhoon formed. Anyway, we should be take precautions against the typhoon for a couple of days, because we experienced a terrible flood in the last heavy rain. Thank you for making your time for our lessons. I really enjoyed our conversation with you as always. I am looking forward to seeing you next, Nix! |

Thank you very much for the valuable lessons. Today, we talked about solar term. Solar term expresses 24 points in a year according to a particular astronomical event or signifies some natural phenomenon. Because there are four seasons in Japan, we consider 24 points defined by solar term are the kind of mark regarding the changing seasons. Anyway, Aug. 8th is autumn begins, though it is still hot here. I couldn’t explain the detail about solar term. I will learn it more and explain that well next. Thanks to you, I enjoyed our lessons. See you soon, Nix! |

I studied based on homework from the last teacher in this lesson. Chris instructed to talk about its contents in different positions. Chrisno will guide me gently when I can not answer. To me that speed is right for him. And I also asked him to do my homework. I would like to ask for homework every time from now. |
