At the early morning today, I went to fish market. The market is the branch of fish broker of Tera-do-mari port, famous for largest fish market 300 km north of Tokyo. There were many fresh fishes which had been delivered in this morning from their port Ni-i-ga-ta prefecture. I bought quite fresh sasimi set which contains Tune, Yellowtail, Snapper, Salmon, shrimp, and squids. At the dusk, I cock the rice with slightly less water than usual. When the rice were cocked, I changed them into rice container and pour the sweet vinegar (4tbs of vinegar and 3tbs of sugar) little by little. Then I rolled the rice by hands. I carefully arrange the shape, then put the little bit wasabi pastes on them. I put variety of sasimi which is stored in the chilled room of refrigerator, on the top of rice. The dinner of tonight is susi. Today is anniversary of our marriage. |
