I enjoyed talking about color. I was surprised that if we see the same color, the color looks different betwen you and I.
And I was also surprised that there is 'fruit sushi' (mango, strawberry and so on).

 動画の印象に比べて真面目でおとなしめな感じの先生で、とても好感がもてました（良い意味です）
外国の学校で使う本のようなものを使ってのレッスンでした。サウスアフリカの先生なので、ブリティッシュ英語の発音です。初めてのレッスンでしたが、次回もチャンスがあればお願いしたいと思います。

Sometimes I feel confused when talking about food and drink: whether I should use singular or plural, whether the food is countable or uncountable, the fixed expressions for the amount, weight of some foods, etc. I want to do a lot more practice.  Mr. Fergal B. has been teaching our son for five years since his third grade of elementary school. His lessons were always fun and educational. Even my son passed Eiken Grade 2, which was the first to take at the beginning of the fifth grade, without any other study. In the sixth grade, he passed the entrance exam successfully to the international school with a high percentage of native speakers. Now my son goes to an international school, but we are a family whose native language is not English, and this class is still helpful to my son. He is a great teacher.

こちらのなんとなく通じる会話文でも、もっと自然な表現やさらに別の言い方など丁寧に訂正してくださいます。
正しい英文が書けても、いざ話すとなると適切な英語が出てこない時が多いですが、スティーブン先生はその都度　的確なヒントやアドバイスをくださいます。
日本人が苦手とするところをよくご存知です。
