We talked about the hotel industry where he used to belong to. I chose a news regarding the hotel owner suing the international brand complaining the strict requirements asking owners to pay for makeover from a designated contractors, which does not give owners any chance to reduce its cost. Those unfair rules have emerged due to pandemic when the hotel industry suffers very much from. I particularly chose this topic because I expected I could practice some legal words that I have not been familiar with. A very useful lesson as alwasy. |
