 I enjoyed talking with you! Today's topic was the Visting Forces Agreement (VFA) between the U.S. and the Philippines, an agreement that stipulates the specific details of the U.S.-Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty, similar to the Status of Forces Agreement between the U.S. and Japan. We also discussed the U.S. Army's plan to deploy a new medium-range missile, the LRHW, in the Western Pacific in 2023.
