Happy to see you again, Lewis! We started our lesson by sharing what I had been up to. And then we discussed whether AI would take most of our jobs or not. Lewis shared his thoughts on the matter and it was quite convincing because it came from first-hand experience. And then we talked about our houses since I told him I bought my one a month ago. He kindly went out of his way to show me his brilliant garden and told me his saving-money story. Finally, we got into today's main topic of the Titanic submersible accident. I read out an article on the accident and asked him about unknown words used in it. 25 minutes was not enough to cover the whole story, yet I found the lesson quite satisfactory and productive. Thank you, Lewis. Maybe we should talk more about our house next time. |
