Today, we used an article about taking a efficient break.
In a break, we shouldn't read websites or check emails because they need many of the same mental processes that we use when we're working. And we should take short breaks early and often. And it's good to get out of the office. I had to expand vocabulary to read this article. I will read it again. Thank you, Max.

I had two consecutive lessons today. We talked about hate speech ,fake news and so on. Kate checked my pronunciations of "r" and "v". I practiced "clearly criminal" many times. The lessons was great fun. See you again.
