It was one of the best lesson my daughter has had recently. You were kind enough to elaborate and give good example to explain in detail about the history of impressionism and Renoir after my daughter read it. The explanation on how to read French names and additional information were all very good new learning. It was very good that she also had time to talk about the typhoon and the Olympic Games which are both very hot topic. Thank you very much for the great lesson. Looking forward to meeting you again.

Thank you always for a fun lesson. During lesson, we share our opinions about a variety of topics. I feel they are quite useful and worth keeping it going for my better understanding of English because they teach me a lot of new idea and new English expressions at the same time.
Looking forward to talking to you again John, all the best.

Did she tell you about a cat the host family had? Her friend who was staying with her descibed it as " neko wo kabutta neko" which means it is a wolf in cat's (sheep's) clothing!

It was a plesure time with him.
He is a good listenner and speaker.
I easily understand what he says, because he tries to talk to me more clearly and smoothly.
I hope that I can meet him soon.

At first,we used an article he had prepared for me and learned some new vocaburaries and its pronunciations. After that we did Q&A. All of the questions were hypothetical so it was interesting to answer. Thanks for the class, Olu. See you!

John, nice to see you! He told me he has came back from America and one day, the temperature was 40 degrees! And I told him I'm on my vacation, I went to the exhibition and I stood in line for 2 hours, but I enjoyed it only for an hour. Then I found out the topic of the Starbucks in Toyama in the internet, so we talked about it, and also about the other Starbucks. I had a great time talking with you. Thank you, John! See you next time!

I learned a new phrase, "Sure thing." I told Kathryn about some difficult situation of unaccompanied refugee children. Kathryn taught me that in that case, when we agree strongly, we use "definitely," not "it's sure thing." I've learned a lot from today's lesson. Thank you, Kathryn.
