Today, we talked about foreign affairs based on an web news article. His explanations are very clear and easy to understand. He asked me some questions about the issue and gave me a lot of opportunities for expressing my own opinions. He also corrected my pronunciation. It was a really fruitful lesson. Thank you very much. |

My daughter is taking a writing lesson. Mayumi-sensei asks her several questions about the topic and then discusses them with her. My daughter said that it was easy to come up with her ideas because Mayumi-sensei gave some good questions. She really enjoys the lesson. Thank you, Mayumi-sensei!! |

In English, a word has sometimes two meaning. Today, we used "fine" "trick" "address" "fat". Those confused me a lot. Of course, I can notice with the context, but I should know the differences exactly. I learned much today. Thank you Max! |

Cherry blossom has gone, flower of Dogwood bloomed. I have come to find a delight finding a change of the season as I get older. Normally memory get week as you get old, except but keep practicing. I believe elder one who anxious about memory would better start memory practicing. Learning English would be the best. |

Firrstly we talked about the French Presidential Election. And then we brought 'misophonia' up. Misophonia is a kind of disease, the symptom of which is hypersensitivity to all kinds of sounds. We agreed that we shudder every time we hear certain sounds but we can't imagine hypersensitivity to all sounds. Today's topic is useful for expanding my vocabulary. |
