We read the Bob book. I learned some new expressions including "be as right as rain" (feeling well), "lethargic" (feel drained),"chipper" (feeling well),"padding off" (going off, used only for animals with paws), "self-sufficient" (financially independent), "easy someone out of" (gradually let someone leave). John is an expert of biodiversity, he mentions the main causes of the loss of biodiversity can be attributed to influence of human beings on the world`s ecosystem. In fact, humans beings have deeply altered the environment and have modified the territory, exploiting the species changing the ecosystem.
