It was great to meet you! I really enjoyed talking with you today. Thank you so much for being patient when I cannot speak fluent because of nervousness. I hope to see you again soon :) |

We talked about the Japanese traditional event, the Girl's day / the Doll's Festival for girls. I showed a photo of my dolls that represented the Emperor and the Empress.(It might be better to say like that, instead of the prince and the princess. I might've called them wrongly, sorry.)When I told him a legend that was related with the dolls, he explained his thought logically about the legend. I liked his perspective. xD Afterwards, he replied to my questions from my textbook. When he explained meanings of some words, he also told me other related words. They were interesting. That made me easier to memorize some new words. Also, he corrected my sentences very precisely. By the way, it's been hectic with my work throughout this week, so I haven't had much time to study English. I'm going to make time, so that I could take his lesson again next week or so. I always look forward to his lesson. |

The excitement and pride in higher grades led to a greater willingness by students to try hard on future assignments. If you give me the same grade, it means you don' care about the student's anticipation. Can I understand in this way? |

Hi Vladi, it’s been a while. It was quite nice talking to you and did have some catching up. As for my career, your advice has always been helpful to me. We googled the dramas you recommended yesterday. Unfortunately, the Orville is not available in Japan. Hope to talk with you again soon. |

Today I read article of "Hometown Tax donation system". I also explained about gifts in return and the way we terminate gifts from someone who likes to give us too much. The person and I exchange New Years Greeting cards after that. It is normal. I have expected today's topic would make us laugh, but it might be too strange. I hope I didn't make your image of Japan bad. Thank you for your lesson! |
