>>> John and Maria ended up missing the first half time . They didn`t regret because they could feel the clamour and frenetic atmosphere and ambience of a classic, even it was only a half game despite of went through a difficult time. Ah! when they got the car, the parking attendant was not there. Probably, he got the money and just went off. |

John and Maria went to a stadium to watch a classic(soccer game). First, they parked their car in the street near the stadium. There was a parking attendant(street), this guy asked for a fee (charge) in exchange for he would keep a lookout the car. John paid a little bit of money and then they walked out to buy the tickets. Thousands of supporters were descending on the stadium. For their surprise, there were a long line in front of the ticket office. They had to stand in the line reluctantly. The line turned the corner and roughly 50 meters to get the tail end. They were waiting but the line didn`t move and time just passed. 10 minutes 20 minutes and nothing , the line didn`t move. People started to get restless. The problem was in the corner. Bad mannered and dishonest persons were just jumping the queue. Suddenly, the supporters were scurrying, some were screaming, started panicking. Police officers showed up riding horses to work out the kinks and simmer down the supporters. >>> |

Today, we talked about many things that to be honest I don`t know How to begin. When we make a mistake, agreed we usually harsh on ourselves, bummed out.Ours die hard habits. Nina`s lukewarm students. Gloss over faults, problems or mistakes. Ours delusion of grandeur. If Nina teachs in a good nick. Letdown in our lives. How we worked out the kinks of ours parent`s fights. Plots in our friends and siblings. Get a window to wind down in our busy lives. Bespoke clothing, suits. If Nina is prepared to take on a life of her own. Feeling of pins and needles. If we read books cover to cover. Egalitarian or hirarchical country? At odds with our partners in business. Which member of her family she is on the same wavelength. Shoeshine boy I wanted to be When I was a kid. Informal settlers. Nearly tragedy beach experience. What a close shave! Nina, thank you very much for today`s lesson.(maneuver) Have a remarkable day tomrrow! |

Today I asked Mark to be my guinea pig and practiced for my tour for tommorow. It was worse than I had expected. Mark encouraged me with warm words. It was very helpful that I was able to know which parts were unclear for a guest. I think his advice will do the trick tomorrow! See you soon, Mark! |

Yesterday, I found out that Mr. Ricard is not just a great teacher, but also he could be a fantastic tour guide in Thailand. xD Thanks to his talk, I felt like as if I were traveling around southern part of Thailand. Also, throughout our conversation, I learnt many new words and their correct pronunciation. Learning an avalanche of new things with the great teacher pushes me to continuously improve my English. Thank you as always! |
