Today, we talked about anti-allergy drugs. The first generation histamine H1-receptor antagonists (chlorpheniramine, etc) have blood-brain-barrier (BBB) penetration, and inhibit the function of histamine, which works as neurotransmitters and analeptic amine, in brain. Therefore, it induces somnolence. We should choose the second generation H1 antagonist (fexofenadine) with less side effects including somnolence in the case which we have to drink the medicine during our working time. I could enjoy productive discussion with you. Thank you, Nix. See you later! |

I enjoyed her lesson. She taught me kindly. It was unfortunate that the sound sometimes cut out and your video stopped in the middle of the lesson.I hope to see you again |

Initially, we talked about if we are down to earth and we consented we are not. We find people who are down to earth are mostly showy and braggy. Afrer that we talked about bunges cord. Also talked about injection in the butts, penicillin injection is very painful. Today, I could incorporate some words and phrases in the sentences as dishcloth, scorching summer days, pay off the car loan, glitch, crop up,perishable,go rotten, inundated, coax, squander, rebuke, slackness, swindle, rope in,harp on,hunk, ink pad, vent, philanderer, hit on,swing into action, contain the inflation, don`t get mushy on me,tidy up,put away, account for, dent, back out, patch up,pluck up,write off, draw up,grumpy, settle into, lurid color, gaudy, scrap papers, vibe and so on. Nina, thank you very much. |
