Thank you for great lessons as always, Nix. We talked about caves in Philippines. In Japan, we have several famous and beautiful caves. The illumination has done to light up the rock figure in caves, and we can see very fantastic scenery in caves. I like to explore caves because I feel like I have been in another world. Nice to seeing you, Nix! I am so happy that we had decent discussion if vegetable juice has the effects on cancer prevention or not. I think we need to make our balanced and regulated life cycle in addition to drinking vegetable juice for cancer prevention. Actually, I could find several papers which vegetable juice is good for our health, but the juice is optional.
