I had a great time with you as always. Today, I was glad to discuss the difference between progressive and conservative in our life. Though I am a man which prefer progressive to conservative, as you mentioned, the balance between progressive and conservative may be important. According to the situation and matter, we may have to use them properly. I could have meaningful discussion with you, Nix! Thank you sooo much! I can’t wait to see you next! |

Nice seeing you again, Nix! I had a fun time through the topic regarding Jollibee. We could not stop talking about the menu of Jollibee. According to the photo, the cuisine looks yummy. My mind was glued on the fried chickens. If there is Jollibee in Japan, I’d like to visit there, and try to eat the representative menu. I am curious for PAPA SWEET-SARAP BANANA KETCHUP. Thank you for giving me the interesting topic today. See you! |

Thank you so much for wonderful lessons, Nix! I am so happy to share your story of trip and know you could refresh decently. I also want to watch the movie, Aquaman, you introduced me. Because the release of movies in Philippine is earlier than that in Japan, I can decide the movie which I should watch according to your helpful abstract. Anyway, you are good at making our conversation without knowing. Because it is important for me to exposure English myself as much as possible, I was satisfied with a lot of our conversations. Once again, thank you for your kind instruction as usual. See you soon!☺ |

What is a workplace power harassment? According to a labor ministry of Japan, action now officially considered power harassment include violence and physical ofenses, mental abuse such as threats and verbal assaults, segregations, treating workers coldly, demanding the impossible and forcing works to engage in activities beyond the scope of their duties. Unfortunately, for many employees those action may sound like a typical day at the office. Companies need to stablish clear guidelines. Bosses need to be more aware of their actions and the effect they have on their subordinates, workers who suffer or witness power harassment need to repot it. Companies should undertand that power harassment is bad for productivity. I hope all companies in Japan address these workplaces as soon as possible. |

Thank you so much for checking my English sentences. I really appreciate your help. Translating from one language into another is difficult since there are various nuances of meaning between them. You helped me a lot! |
