Thank you so much for giving me wonderful lessons focused on my weakness. The reading material you selected for me was very interesting. Actually, we have several craving, such as chocolate craving, coffee craving, alcohol craving (addiction?) , fried-foods craving. Though the excess is not good in general, the appropriate intake is good to improve our stress and frustration. I think we shouldn't resist to take our craving and should control it properly. I really enjoyed our fruitful lessons, therefore, our enjoyable lessons may be one of my craving. I look forward to seeing you, Nix! |
