We mainly talked about the daughter of Princess Crown Prince Akishino, the younger brother of Emperor Naruhito. She and her fiancee announced their engagement in September 2017 and they were supposed to marry in February 2018, but their marriage was postponed due to the the dispute of her fiancee's mother over money. Also, we talked about the dispatch of Self Defense Troops to Persian Gulf region. By deciding to send the Maritime Self-Defense Force to the region, but exclude areas in the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf, Japan has secured endorsements on the dispatch from both the United States and Iran. Sending the Self-Defense Forces overseas is a politically sensitive issues because their activities are highly restricted by Article 9 of the war-renouncing Constitution. |

We talked about coronavirus spreading from China. At this time World Health Organization hasn't declared the emergency of the virus yet because they don't have adequate information about it. However, the number of people infected to the virus is increasing and the virus is spreading all over the world. People in Wuhan City is being quarantined. We also talked about the climate issue Japan in trying to tackle. The year 2030 is the target of it. |
