I scheduled two consecutive classes for myself. The topic of discussion this time was concentration. Again, I mentioned going to a gym; in order to avoid becoming a couch potato, I often go to the gym. After relocating from the Tokyo suburbs to the city itself, I made it a point to start going to the gym. It has been almost seven years since I first started coming there. |

We engaged in unstructured discourse with a focus on physical activity throughout. I mentioned going to a gym; since it is open around the clock, I try to go there as often as possible. I sometimes get up tips from the teachers that help me keep my health in check. Maintaining one's mental health is another crucial component. There is an opportunity for me to meet new people there since we do yoga and taichi. Following our workouts, we often catch up for coffee and conversation at a local Starbucks. |
