Hello! My name is Eric Zhang. I am Canadian, and reside in Toronto, Canada. I have over twelve years of teaching experience - focusing on conversational ESL, and IELTS test preparation.
My teaching journey began at TYT Invitational Education Centre in Canada, where I worked with students aged 5 to 14 in both group and one-on-one settings. Since 2019, I have continued tutoring privately, creating customized lessons that adapt to each student’s learning style. I believe in using positivity, creativity, and encouragement to help students grow in a supportive and motivating environment. In addition to teaching, my professional background in technology has strengthened my skills in organization, problem-solving, and clear communication. These are qualities that I bring into my lessons. I am fluent in English and Mandarin, and I truly enjoy the process of teaching languages and skills to my students. I'm passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the process of learning. Looking forward to meeting you in my class! :) |
