Hello! My name is Matthew Jarrad Blake, but you can call me Matt or MJ – whichever you prefer! I’m from Long Island, New York, a place known for its beaches and beautiful scenery. I’m an adventurous person who loves paragliding, traveling to new places, and trying out different cuisines. Japanese food is one of my favorites! I’m passionate about teaching English because I believe language is a powerful tool for connecting people and exploring new opportunities. One of my favorite teaching approaches is the immersion method, where we use English as much as possible during lessons. It’s a great way to build confidence and develop natural fluency.
