Today we talked about my favorite application and web service. At first I told him about "Anki", which is a windows program and also a web service for helping people memorize something. There is also an android app "AnkiDroid" linked to this system. Next I told him about "Nudgemail", which is a web service that send an e-mail to its sender later as a reminder. He asked me some questions about them in order to make me practice explaining them. I felt some difficulties to explain since I'm not familiar with the words and phrases in this topic. But it's a good practice for me. Thank you, Don. See you.

Today, we talk about homeshare with elderly landowners and young tenants that can solve lonliness and inconvenience for the elderly and offer spacious living space and family atmoshpere to young people. It would be idealistic living style if best mach will be chosen. Interesting idea.
Mark gave me a lot of paraphrased expressions and new words and phrases such as "be compatible" "get on with""donwside""upsides""keep my fingers crossed for you",,,,etc. Thank you, Mark for usual inspiring lessons!

先日はTime For Kids の短い記事を題材にお願いしました。始まる前や残りの時間を上手に使って記事についての質問をしてくれたり、子供の学校の様子などを聞いてくれました。子供も先生が大好きで、何度もレッスンを受けているせいもあり話下手なりに話がはずむようになりました。

It was great to have your lesson again. We went over the page 73 from Side by Side 2. My 11yr-old son practiced making sentences by using the phrase "You should work faster." A couple of words like 'accurayely' and 'gracefully' confused him, but Katherine kindly explained the meanings. Thank you :)
