 While speaking about the necessity of English education, Japan now has to accept many foreigners as a labor force as the economy will decline in 2025 due to population decreasing. For that, I think english education is necessary and the Japanese government has to make a decision to change the education system as soon as possible. I would like to further improve my skills in the future as well. And I was surprised to hear from you that the Japanese English level is higher than other countries.  On yesterday,we talked about Japanese population,and discussed each other.He asked me,like as what is the good way to increase population in Japan?
I answered about, the Japanese government should give empty farm land 'tambo' to married couples.if they received it they can easily grow their children in their future.but I couldn't answer accurately as like as above sentence...
