We talked about our dinner menu and snacks in our small talk. I sometimes have the feeling which I crave to eat instant noodles after our lessons. Though I know instant noodles are not good for my health, I am fascinated by the smell and taste. As you may know, in general, our favorite foods, such as fried chicken, fried potato, and instant noodles etc, may not be good for our health. Because the endurance to avoid them may give us stress, we may need to take appropriate amount of them. Anyway, thank you for the interesting small talk. See you soon!❁ |

Today, we talked about Miss Universe competition. All candidates are so amazing and beautiful. Miss Philippines got Miss Universe crown. I am also glad to hear that. Before, I watched the documentary TV program regarding Japanese women to challenge the competition. They spent so stoic daily life to keep their style, gesture and intelligence. They brush up themselves for the competition as much as possible. Though I can’t do that, I think it is important to have a sense of purpose for everything. Anyway, congratulations! Miss Philippines! Nice seeing you again, Nix! I had a fun time through the topic regarding Jollibee. We could not stop talking about the menu of Jollibee. According to the photo, the cuisine looks yummy. What is a workplace power harassment? According to a labor ministry of Japan, action now officially considered power harassment include violence and physical ofenses, mental abuse such as threats and verbal assaults, segregations, treating workers coldly, demanding the impossible and forcing works to engage in activities beyond the scope of their duties. Unfortunately, for many employees those action may sound like a typical day at the office. Companies need to stablish clear guidelines. Bosses need to be more aware of their actions and the effect they have on their subordinates, workers who suffer or witness power harassment need to repot it. Companies should undertand that power harassment is bad for productivity. I hope all companies in Japan address these workplaces as soon as possible. |
