I have conducted the combination of curl ups, planks, and twist-crunches every day. Of course, thanks to you, I could learn many exercise menu in English. Then, I may be able to kill two birds with one stone. Because I recently started my exercise, I have serious muscle pain. Although I get bored easily, I may be able to continue my training to report my results to you. I don't want to lose to your results from exercise.
