Xandra showed Shuichi the picture of Draemon's gadgets as he saw the movie last week. He was told to explain how they work. Unfortunately, he got shy and could not do it by himself. I think his current vocabulary was not enough for that task. Thank you for the lessons, Xandra. |

We read an article about a Chinese company reversing its ban on LGBT-related posting. Dilhara listened my English very carefully and gave me some suggestions to improve my English. I really appreciate that. After the lesson, I did some research on referendum and LGBT community in Japan. I found that any changes to the constitution requires majority approval from public in referendum. And for LGBT issue, 7 cities and city wards in Japan have legalized same-sex partnership, which provides some of the benefits of marriage, though same-sex marriage is still illegal. It was a good opportunity for myself to learn Japan's society. Thank you Dilhara! See you next time. |
