In this lesson we started reading a new article entitled 'Why Uganda is the 'world's fittest country''. I learned new words such as treacherous, errands, chuckles, sedentary, vigorous and rigorous. And also a new expression ' the numbers have failed to add up'. I've never thought that more active country is poorer than less active countries. However, as I read this article I understood the reason. It was interesting to know about the lives of many different kinds of people around the world and what is normal in my country is not the same in other countries. Thank you for the interesting article and I'm looking forward to read the rest of it. See you soon! |

Thank you for delightful lessons, Nix. I am tired from laughing too much. We may have one year's worth of laughter tonight. Because you asked me the background situation regarding the family in the on-line material, I used up my imagination, thoughts and concentration. My brain was overheating, and had almost malfunction. But, it was a good training for me to speak English spontaneously. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness for me. You are very nice tutor for me. Catch you later, Nix! |
