Today, I explained specific pathogen-free to you. Specific pathogen-free means guaranteed free of particular pathogens. Use of SPF animals ensures that specified diseases do not interfere with an experiment. Specific pathogen-free is applied to farmed animals. They are raised in cleanness condition which was cleaned more than our ordinary condition.
