I had good time . I am relaxing to talk you.you always smile.lt is good. 日本では鶏肉は胸肉の方がモモ肉肉より安い。 以前話した事ですが、肉は月に1 度まとめ買いします。豚肉ステーキ用400g 豚肉スライス600gから700g胸肉1kg以上たまにモモ肉、(モモ肉うまい)それを冷凍しています。これも以前の話題ですが簡単で美味しい鶏肉の料理フライパンにオリーブオイルを多目鶏肉のブロックをそのまま弱火で蓋(lit)をして焼きます。塩コショウだけ。食べ物の話は楽しいですね。weather の話も良くでますよね。 |
