Hi Nix! I'm glad to study the reading material you chose for me. I really enjoyed to discuss the topics regarding diets with you. As you may know, though I prefer meats to vegetables, the balance of them in our meals is seemed to be important to keep our good health. Actually, I can't keep taking balanced menu every day, because I like processed foods and junk foods. The article taught me the reason why we should reconsider our menu of foods.
