Thank you so much for enjoyable lessons as always, Nix. We are absorbed in the topic of car tires. I didn't know the reason why you were interested in the topic though. But, I think your observation is very keen because you noticed that tires have tiny hair. It was a bit difficult for me to explain them, but I really enjoyed to talk about manufacturing process of tires. I sincerely appreciate that you supported my explanation in English. First, make tartar sauce in advance, chopped onion, pickles like cornichons and boiled egg and mixed with mayonnaise, add a bit of lemon juice and some salt and set aside in a refrigerator. Heat soy sauce , rice vinegar and sugar together in a small pot until the sugar has completely dissolved, pour out in a shallow dish and set aside. Place a chicken breast on a cutting board and use a knife to butterfly cut the meat to make it even thickness and place a plastic wrap on top and pound with a meat mallet to flatten to about half inch thickness, cut in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with the flour, then dip it in beaten egg and carefully drop the chicken in the frying oil, turn once and fry until golden brown on both side and cook through. Once it`s cooked, dip the fried chicken immediately in the vinegar sauce to cover both sides and cut the chicken into bite-side pieces on slices and serve with the tartar sauce. |
