I asked about what exactly she does at work, and she told me she had difficulty getting used to a new machine that was supposed to make her tasks more manageable and could be some burden on her. I can relate to her because that often happens to my work when I take on new software intending to simplify my tasks, but I have to study a lot about it to get used to it, and it takes some time. It was the first lesson in almost two weeks since the last time I spoke English in person, and I was a bit nervous about whether I could speak English well or not, but your delightful vibe made me relaxed and encouraged me to continue our conversation.
