Hi, my name is Cleofe, but you can call me Anne. I am from Cebu City, Philippines. I can speak Tagalog and English. You can learn English with me as I have many years of experience in teaching English, among other subjects. I have done a variety of different jobs in my professional life, but teaching is my favourite. I am a teacher by profession and I have my  Diploma Certificate from my Bachelor's Degree of Teaching to certify my qualification. I have a total of 6 years'  of experience teaching in a classroom setting. I am passionate about passing on to my student the knowledge and skills that I have learned. I am motivated to teach English because understanding English will unlock so many opportunities all over the world. 

 

My teaching style is to act as a facilitator, guiding my students in a series of questions and discussion points designed to encourage engagement and conversation, this helps students to build up small samples of conversational English, and to become more confident over time. 

 

In my spare time, I like to sing and I like to cook - pancit canton is my favourite dish. I enjoy watching movies, especially Barbie movies. I like anything that's pink or flowery. 

 

I have just got a little puppy, who now takes up most of my free time.
