Hello! My name is Tyhlisha, and I’m an English teacher from South Africa.

I’m a friendly, patient, and positive person who enjoys meeting people from different cultures and helping them feel confident when speaking English.

I’m passionate about teaching English because I love seeing students improve and become more comfortable expressing themselves. English opens many doors, and I enjoy supporting students on their learning journey, no matter their level.

My lesson style is relaxed, supportive, and student-focused. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s needs and goals. I teach both children and adults, making lessons fun and engaging for kids, and practical and conversational for adults.

My strengths include correcting pronunciation, improving speaking confidence, and explaining grammar in a simple and clear way. I always encourage students to speak as much as possible and remind them that mistakes are a natural part of learning.
