Hi! My name is Alyssa Ishibashi Fan, and I currently live in Los Angeles, California. I was born in Singapore and grew up in Tokyo and Hong Kong. My father is Taiwanese-American and my mother is Japanese, so I was raised in a bilingual, multicultural environment. I speak both Japanese and English fluently, which allows me to explain concepts in Japanese when needed and help you feel more supported and confident during our lessons. I also have experience tutoring elementary and middle school students in English writing and public speaking. In my lessons, I create a supportive, flexible environment and tailor each session to your goals.
