I am from South Africa where English is one of our 11 official languages. I have 4 years training and teaching experience across diverse multi cultured environments and all ages. It is gratifying to know I can be part of the development and growth of an individual. My teaching philosophy is built on empathy, integrity, adaptability, commitment and trust. I believe in gently correcting grammar and pronunciation errors with a positive supportive approach to build confidence in the learning process. I aim to have a student centered approach where I guide and encourage students while using discussions to ensure students participate while learning language skills. I believe in giving constant feedback and recognition to gain and ensure positive communication and understanding of the language
