Hi there! My name is Wayne, and I’m from Zimbabwe, but I currently live in Tochigi, Japan. I’m the kind of person who loves connecting with people and learning about different cultures. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, photography, singing, watching anime, and traveling, especially around Japan!

I started teaching English because I love helping others express themselves and gain confidence through language. Working as an Assistant Language Teacher here in Japan has shown me how rewarding it is to support students as they grow, especially when they start speaking up more and enjoying English. That’s what motivates me every day.

My lesson style is relaxed, friendly, and flexible. I focus on clear, simple communication and always try to make my students feel comfortable, especially if they’re shy or just beginning. I’m especially good at free conversation and helping learners speak naturally and confidently in real-life situations.
