We have many topics! Today we talked about the differences of houses between Japan and England. And we both found that evacuation of the child during the World War 2 happened very similar way in both country.

I learned a new phrase, "Sure thing." I told Kathryn about some difficult situation of unaccompanied refugee children. Kathryn taught me that in that case, when we agree strongly, we use "definitely," not "it's sure thing." I've learned a lot from today's lesson. Thank you, Kathryn.

What is most excitint to talk with a native speaker of English is that they talk to me about their English and culture, which are not familiar with me.
That's what I did with Kathryn this time. I learned a lot from her talk.

We talked about fishing in Britain and Japan. And,I asked you two elementary questions.One is about plurals and singular. I sometimes wonder which to use when I talk about general topics. Another one is about "a/an" and "the". You were very kind to teach me patiently and showed me good materials. I learned much!

When I told Kathryn that I had felt sick yesterday, she taught me an expression, "The heat takes it out of you." Today was the first lesson to learn business topics with Kathryn. I've learned many useful expressions. Thank you, Kathryn.

Kathryn taught me interesting phrases, "chillaxing,"and "man spreading." And I like the sentence she also taught me, "They are reminiscing about the old days." Through her talks, I always learn valuable words for me. I like her talks with a laugh, which are inspiring to me. Thank you, Kathryn.

Today,we talked about the beautiful places near Cathryn's home. Large palace,historical castle,or lovely countryside. In Britain,musicians often use old castle for their concert. Story continued to her garden. Thank you for happy lesson.
