Today we chatted about the way of keeping pets, and the problem of aging population in both countries. There are many similarity and funny differences. We always find such similarity and differences in our lesson. It's very interesting!

I finally understood the meaning of "At least you will pay.." when I read your type after the lesson . I did not know the meaning of "Oh well". I really appreciate your kind lesson every time.

Britain was a trail blazer of social security system. But, nowadays, though European(especially Scandinavian) countries still have advanced social security, Britain is going different way. Why Britain changed? When Britain changed? Japan and Britain is very similar. That was today's topics.

It's very interesting to use ladybirds(bugs) to expel the aphids in the UK. I think I cannot buy ladybirds(bugs) in Japan. You have nice idea for the organic farming! I was so pleased to know those! Thank you Kathryn!

In today's lesson, I asked her some questions about English expressions and Kathryn answered them clearly, though I still cannot understand the difference between "It's OK." and "That's OK." I need to study English much harder, I think.

Though it's a summer season, why the Japanese people work so hard? In Europe, people take long holiday in the summer, but Japanese take only a short holiday.
