 I was a bit nervous since it was my first lesson, but the teacher spoke at a relatively slow pace, as if they understood Japanese learners well. They listened calmly and patiently, which helped me stay relaxed and made it easier to understand and speak. I can’t believe I could take such a great lesson with a native speaker for just 50 points—what a deal!

 ジョセフ先生は話されていることが分かりやすく、またしっかり理解してくれようとするすてきな先生です。いつも落ち着いていて、言おうとしていることをしっかり聞いてくれるので、こちらも安心して話すことができます。試験の練習をお願いしているのですが、適切なテキストを見つけてくれ、レッスン後にも復習できるようにコメントを書いてくれます。試験に向けて、共に歩んでくれているように感じ、毎回がんばろうと思えます。
He is a great teacher. He's always calm and listens to me kindly, so I can relax and speak English. I asked him to teach me about a test. I practice speaking with good texts and test samples that he shows me. Also, he gives me feedbacks to review what I learned in the lesson. It's so helpful. I feel like we are working together forwards my goal, so I can do my best at every lesson.
