Hello! I’m Elaina. I’m 23 years old, and I recently moved back to America from Tokyo!
In university, I studied Philosophy and Chemistry. I love meaningful conversations and thinking about the world in different ways. Now that I’m back in my home state of Massachusetts, I work as a Singer-Songwriter, model, and life coach.
Due to my lifestyle, my schedule on Eigox is random. I apologize for that! I am very busy these days, but it still makes me happy to speak with people who love to learn. I am grateful for every conversation we have, and I think that’s why I always continue on Eigox, even if my schedule becomes stressful.
I love free-talk, advice sessions, and creativity practice! I can help you learn advanced English (idioms and metaphors), English in relationships, and communication styles. We can use basic, chat-style lessons with slides/notes, or role-play scenarios! I also have experience writing songs and poems in English and Japanese, so I am happy to help artists workshop their ideas!
However, our time together doesn’t need to be structured. For example, if you’re having a fight with your friend recently, and you just want to talk with someone far away who will respect your privacy. I can be there for that too. A big part in becoming fluent in a new language is using it non-academically- like you use your native language. And sometimes, talking about real life is the best way to practice (and take some weight off your shoulders!). 臆することなく、ストレートにリクエストしてほしい。
About my personality, I love coffee, animals, learning new things, planning events, reading books, the autumn and winter seasons, walking outside, and spending the day with friends! I also love music, arts, literature, psychology, and fashion!
