Hi, good day!

A bit about myslef:

My name is Aden McCarthy! I am 22 years old, and I was born in Cape Town, South Africa.  

My hobbies that I enjoy doing include, exercising - for example running and weight training, reading - I love reading self-help books, and being outdoors - I enjoy hiking and being at the beach.

If I could describe myself I would start by saying that I am a kind hearted person, I'm patient and I always strive to be my authentic self. I enjoy spending time with family, and enjoy meeting new people. I'm always eager to learn and to grow as a person.

What motivates me to teach?

I feel called to help others become who God created them to be. I am a firm believer in God and I always strive to live my life pleasing God and helping others. For me teaching English is an opportunity for me to learn and to make an impact in other individuals lives. It is an awesome opportunity to help others learn new skills, that can set them up for life.

My lesson style:

I enjoy making my lessons as engaging as possible, having the focus being on the learner. I strive to make my lessons a place where my learners can feel welcome and at ease. My strengths include correcting pronunciation, vocabulary and conversational lessons.
