In this class I introduced NIBOSHI, dried sardines. Today is the day of Niboshi. The naming comes from word play. Knee means 2 , bow means stick, and she means 4 literally. So February 14 is the day of Niboshi. They are effective to prevent from osteoporosis.骨粗しょう症。 |
