About me 

Hi. My name is Riku. I am 22 years old. I am half Japanese and half Bangladeshi who is currently majoring in Information Science in International Christian University in Tokyo. I lived in Bangladesh for more than 10 years. There I studied in English and in Bengali. So I can speak in English, Japanese and Bengali.

私の名前はりくです。22歳です。私は日本人とバングラデシュ人のハーフで、現在東京の国際基督教大学で情報科学を専攻しています。バングラデシュに10年以上住んでいました。そこで私は英語とベンガル語で勉強しました。私は英語、日本語、ベンガル語で話すことができます。

Thanks to my English Language skills, I got to make friends with people from different countries and cultures. I enjoy being with people and listening to them. My friends call me an easy talking person. During my free time, I like watching movies and anime. I also love playing video games. I like going out for a walk when the weather is good. 

英語のおかげで、さまざまな国や文化の人々と友達になることができました。私は人々と一緒にいて、話を聞くのが好きです。私は友達に話しやすい人と呼ばれています。映画やアニメを見るのが好きです。ビデオゲームも大好きです。天気がよかったら、散歩に出かけるのが好きです。

As a multilingual person, I know the struggle that comes with learning a foreign language. I want to help you with learning English not just as a tutor but as a friend! I want you to connect with the world with your English language skills!

 多言語を話す私は、外国語の学習に伴う苦労を分かります。家庭教師としてだけでなく、友達として英語を学ぶお手伝いをしたいです！英語で世界とつながってほしいです！

Class flow

We will have greetings at first. We can then have a self introduction and casual conversation to get to know each other and know how your day is. If you wish to start the class immediately, we can also do so.

まずはご挨拶をさせていただきます。その後、自己紹介とカジュアルな会話をして、お互いを知り、一日の様子を知ることができると思います。すぐにクラスを開始したい場合は、それも可能です。

We can then move to our main lesson. According to your preference, we can have a free conversation or study following textbooks and online materials. You can ask me anything in Japanese if you have any question and I will try my best to answer you in Japanese (I am not good at explaining English Grammar in Japanese). 

その後、メインのレッスンに入ります。ご希望に応じて、自由に会話をしたり、教科書やオンライン教材に従って勉強したりできます。英語で質問できない場合は、日本語で何でも質問ください。(英語の文法を日本語で説明するのは弱いです)。

When our lesson time is up, we will finish our lesson. 

レッスン時間が終了したら、レッスンを終了します。
