Hello, my name is Kelly, i am 26 years old and I am from the beautiful country of South Africa.

I am a happy, outgoing and loving person. I live with the utmost positivity and try to share it with everyone I connect with.

My hobbies include singing, dancing, reading and most of all exploring the outdoors.

I have a huge passion for working with kids, I have always strived for making a difference in their lives. I also have a child of my own, he is my absolute joy.

When it comes to teaching, I have experience in the classroom as well as online.

My motivation for teaching would be the fact that I get to help pave the way for anyone who wants to learn English, to make a differance in their lives and to help them have fun while learning a new language. I also love the fact that I get to learn from you as well, not only language but cultures and your everyday lives. I get to be the part of creating a link to our next generation using language.

My lesson style would include a combination of different teaching styles such as:

- TPR (Total Physical Response), which allows you to improve your vocabulary and create an outlet for energy. Thus, creating a link between talking and movement. 

- CLT (Communicative Language Teaching) This allows us to learn English in a 'real life context', creating a link between our everyday lives and the language. Talking about your life creates more interest in the language you are learning.

- Direct Method, with this we focus on speaking the target language, trying your best to only use the language we are learning.

With that said, I don't have a specific lesson style, as I will teach using all of the above and more, the most important part for me, is to adjust my lesson and teaching style according to each individual, as each person is different, each person have their own personality or learning style.

My strengths would be pronunciation and sentance structure, but I am always trying to push myself to improve in all aspects.
